(Live weight can be up to 220lbs but we charge by the dressing weight.)

$0.70/lb for processing
Specialty processing like bacon or sausage is about $1.10/lb .
PROCESSING FEES are paid directly to the butcher. We use Wynoochee Valley Meats but you can choose your own butcher.

We currently free range American Guinea Hogs, Kune Kunes, and a Red Wiggler Saddleback mix. Our animals – including our pigs – are all ethically and humanely raised – free range pastured.
